Yes, I do use a tablet, I think it's an 11x16 Wacom Intuos 3 that I borrowed from my high school. :)

So you make your characters (I'm on about Rivers and the Exec now) and then you just put different mouths in and tween them, whilst chaging the eyebrows and other details?

And how do you start these animations?

Well, the mouths are done on a seperate symbol (Layer for each different mouth movement though there are MUCH easier ways) which is dropped onto the head symbol later, then the head is attached to the body, just a lot of intertwined symbols and graphics. River's eyebrows are just tweened layers on his head symbol. Probably the only reason I animated the exec like that was after that insanely long Total Drama Island marathon... I'm not huge on the show, but I do admire the use of tweening on the show.

Oh thanks you've really inspired me! I'll just try to join collabs, and eventually build up my flash skill, I'm probably gonna get a tablet (A Wacom Bamboo one probably) and just keep going, eventually hopefully getting as good as you :]

Just to get it right, you sort out all the synced mouth movements on one layer, then add it onto the mouth and sort out the eye movements etc.?

You'll do great you little whippersnapper! Well, what I do... Isn't the most orginized way of doing it, I just draw all of the mouth movements I know I'm going to use right on seperate frames on the same layer at the start. Then I copy and paste them and align them on another layer to sync with the vocals. For this movie though, I did a lot of mouth tweening so each one was on a seperate layer just so I wouldn't mess it up.
