My friend went to jail for beating

The shit out of an 8th grader.

He didn't look like an 8th grader.
Apparently he came over to the highschool side (our HS is connected to the Middle School, but its not easy to get over) during lunch, and he was with 2 girls. He said something to my friend along the lines of "Look at the little faggot" because he was wearing a "No on 8" shirt. (Proposition 8 is to allow gay marriage in California). And my friend simply said "What?". This little shit didn't know my friends uncle was actually beaten, TO DEATH, for being gay after a gay pride rally in San Fransisco. Very famous case too.

The kid said it again, and pulled my friends shirt. And really fast, fast as shit, I didn't even know what happened til the kid was down; my friend punched him as hard as he could right in the jaw and knocked the kid flat OUT for around 10 seconds. The kid went and told security, he lied and said he hit him for being a middleschooler on the highschool side. Of course my friend the senior told the story and the administration believed him, but being 18 he could get in HUGE trouble if the kid and his family decide to press charges. The kids family heard my friends side of the story however, saw the shirt, and probably wont press charges. The kid might need oral surgery however. Scary fucking Friday that was.

Yeah. He is really angry to begin with. Especially when people make fag jokes, and other shit bothers him too. The kid came on a very bad day as well. He failed an AP Econ test pretty bad the period before, and some dude got into a very headed debate with him on prop 8 like a few hours before. Not a good day for the kid to say shit. I knew it was bad news when I saw him come up all tough with his two slutty chola girls.
