Just some Rules.
1. But I have a song of mine in a flash movie in the portal. Can i post that?.... Nope not here. This is strictly for band videos that you have made or recorded.

2. ZOMG I LUVS DIS BAND< CHEX OUT THEM ON YOUTUBE....Naaaah dont do that either... If you areent in the video or its a music video made by your band, don't put it here.

3. Well its just a vid of me playing (keyboard,drum,guitar,bass,xylophone,glo ckenspiel, sitar, etc. etc. etc.)Its not really a band, just me playing my instrument. Yeah thats cool.. you can do that.

4. But the quality sux, should i even bother posting it? You can barely even hear me.
Yeah thats fine as well, just make it known that the quality of the sound is going to suck so you dont get responses like-(Hey man the quality is TERRIBLE)...

5. Well my bands video is already in my profile page. Wouldnt it be kinda REDUNDANT of me to post it in this thread as well? WHY YES it would be redundant but thats all good. Just let everyone know that its in your profile. We all love coming back to our profile page and having some new saucy comments on our news post.---=P

6. Hey I'm not really someone that plays an instrument but i do have some tutorials of me creating a song with the software I use and/or some clips of me DJ'ing
Yes. That is fine as well, I really hope some of you have some videos like that.
Oh yeah and don't get some tutorial on youtube and say its you. Cause ill find out and kick your pets

This is the new band i joined about 2 months ago.. i recorded one of our practices with my laptop so the quality is real shit..the vocals sound too loud since the monitor was right next to my comp. But you can hear me playing drums... ..Oh yeah these are also in my user page....so yeah enjoy

I think your drumming sounds pretty awesome. I haven't heard much music in the style that you've got, which is a plus, even if I feel a bit weirded out. The guy with the mic sounded pretty damn cool. Despite the quality of the recording lacking slightly, I thought the music was pretty neat.

THE MAYFLIES

This is a band I was in two summers ago. We were working summer stock theatre (14 hour days six days a week, we went in at 6pm on sundays) so time was a premium. We decided 'hey, let's start a band.' We'd run over to this local dude's house (we were living in an elementary school and working at a middle school, which is in the video) at dinner time and rock out for like twenty-thirty minutes at a time. We wrote this song in maybe four sessions and played it a total of less than ten times.

I played bass. A less than inspired bass at that. Our guitarist was an amazing musician and carried the band melodically. I think it's interesting that this band is pretty different from what each of us play normally, but we all play different things. The guitarist usually plays pretty acoustic stuff, the drummer plays crazy noise rock madness, and I play lots o metal. It's pretty sweet though. We had a lot of fun and everyone needed the concert (this was mid season, we were on our third play in four weeks.)

Thanks for the compliment dude... We are gonna eventually go to a studio called fastline in flatbush brooklyn that has great mastered live recordings for a dollar... ill record that on my laptop and then just mesh in the sound with the video i take .. It will be much better quality. Plus they have much much better equipment and acoustics in the studio rooms.
We are still working on a new song that is kinda less abrasive as the ones i posted .. once we get that one worked out well head to the studio.

BTW we need more horns and an organ player so if anyone lives in NYC (preferebly staten island) thro me a line......--cause that'll get alot of feedback--

drummer was pretty good .. he didnt speed up or slow down.. lots of drummers have problems with that .. i dont know why

seriously dude.. nice guitar work but i think you need a new rythm guitarist... and your drummer was speeding up and slowing down a lil bit here and there.. i dont think anyone would notice that, but i did.. lol..
