First of all, you can't be banned on the BBS for what you say in a PM (mostly, there probably have been exceptions) and secondly, you're allowed to argue with a mod in the same way as you are with anyone else. But, just like with everyone else, if all you do is insult and flame then they're perfectly within their right to ban you.

Well yeh but some Mods are pretty much huge douchebags they flame you whether you do or don't insult them. I've had a mod insult me after they banned me called me flamed me unnecessarily in a ban message i'm pretty sure that's not ok but stupidly i did nothing.
