FINALLY, One of the few good parts I've seen, sorry, but holy fuck, it looks like most of these parts were made in 10 mins max

Alright. This is it, I am finally releasing Dr.Octogonapus for use in your animations!

Rules:
1. You MUST credit me in some way.
2. You MUST use it well.

FYI: He stops at the end of the "Dr.octogonapus blahhhh" to make it easier to control.

Simply just move the movieclip out where ya want, and enjoy!

*Note you might have to edit the lazer frames depending where he appears.

other subject: I had a great idea, but after I had it, I watched the lazer collection on youtube, and it is almost the same >:( (mine is different, but looks a lot like it)
