My Brother Ran Over A Deer!

I am not kidding around folks, it happened an hour ago. My brother drives an Honda Accord on his way to his girlfriends house and out of nowhere a deer was right in front of him!

He slammed the brakes but was too late. The deer was hit (but sadly, it wasn't an instant death). He ended up breaking all four of its legs and sadly died twenty minutes later. Poor deer.

Still, deer shouldn't be ran over, they should be hunted to prevent less accidents. Mmmmmm venison.

And my brother is ok. Sorry for no pictures, I wasn't there when it happened.

I'm quite glad I've never come across a deer in the middle of the road. Especially if I hit it and it hung around making a dying ruckus, that would be depressing.

Good thing it wasn't a moose though, hitting a moose just might total a honda.

I figured his car would have gotten messed up pretty badly. Deer tend to do that to cars.

Deer are actually pretty fragile creatures and tend to rarely cause too much damage to cars when they collide, It's actually safer to just hit most animals rather than swerve around or slam the breaks. The only animals you should really swerve to avoid are moose.

My friend just told me about his friend that ran over a deer and it flipped right over his car and got decapitated.

It's head flew clean off. I wish their were pics.

deers get hit all the time and they are hunted tho it is sad that its death wasnt instant it isnt like murder or anything
