"Sunset City: Where all the action begins at sunset"

I want this to be a creative collab without lacking action. By action, I don't mean full on intense hardcore well choreographed fight scenes of ten thousand people, I just mean that I want something better than a guy looking at the sky with his hair slightly tween'd for 5 seconds.

Anyway since this is the first collab I've started (and joined too), I'm gonna make this short (but hopefully just as sweet).

Well I guess the only thing left to discuss is how long we should take. Well, I'm going to provide 5 weeks, so if all goes through, I'll have all the parts before the 5th of December '08.

Oh yea, sorry about this, I forgot to specify that I want the frame rate at 24 fps, and the dimensions to be 550 x 400 (standard dimensions)

Sounds interesting, I'll take a crack at Part 1 if you don't mind! Is there anything specific (apart from y'know a Sunset City theme) you want?

I might join this. Do you have any ideas about the central theme, color scheme, or anything else that might help me make something up. And if I join I'll take multiple parts, so everyone can get co-author.

I know I haven't got any animations on my account but can I join for part 2.

I've been looking for a collab to join for a while now that has a song that I found catchy, so I'm interested but again like a few other people said is there any other info you can give as to colours/theme/ideas/style that you're looking for ?

Not really. I guess you could include a visually appealing sky and sun, along with some pretty figures doing something to the tune. I don't really want to limit this though.

Ok. So I guess I didn't say enough about this. So here's the deal. It's based on a city that is boring during most of the day, until at dawn, or sunset, where the "action" begins. By action, I mean anything - fights, races, dancing, basically anything that looks interesting to look at. Just use your imagination. Maybe someone painting colours into the air and dancing with those colours.
NEXT: The colour scheme. Now, I really don't care about what colours you use. But I guess I'd prefer it if you had a black outline around your character(s) in your part.
NEXT: Style. Most people on Newgrounds like anime kind of styles, so I guess we'll go with the flow for this one.
