Hey quick question, set up my 5.1 Surround sound system a while back. Now my front speakers (for comp) are right beside my monitor, so within 2 feet or so....Now my back speakers however, due to the fact i have NO WHERE else to put them but like 9 or 10 feet behind me (Literally NO WHERE) the back speakers sound alot quiter so i cant really get surround sound experience.
Is there a program or something to either tune my front speakers down, or my back speakers up???

There may be knobs on the equipment with balance and fade adjustment options, maybe knobs or dials or digital buttons. If you can find them, fool around with them until you get the results you want. Try consulting the manual for the speaker set if you have it, or try looking up your specific model online.

There should be a speaker icon next to your clock. Left-click once and you should get a volume control. See pic.

He's doing the real thing, not that fake shit.
Anyway, if you have the proper drivers for your 5.1 audio device installed, you should be be able to change the volume for the rear/back speakers. At least if yours are any decent.
Here's where I would set it for mine
