was get a perfect score of 5.00 on their flash. many have come close, but no cigar. Who can achieve this near impossible task?

Nobody can. There is no such thing as the perfect movie or game, nor will it ever happen that all people who vote, vote 5 on a single submission. There are always people, like me, who vote a 4 max.
Plus, the highest scores I've ever seen on NG are about 4.76 or so, which is pretty far from a perfect 5.

No one because no animation is perfect and some people are asses. Some people think flashes over 4.3 get overrated so they will vote down, some flash artist dislike other flash artists so they might vote down. It would be pretty cool to see a perfect movie, but even if God himself made an animation people would still downvote.

Yeah, mine too. It's just an average. If you got a 5, and then delted your submission, it would say "this has been blammed with a score of 5".

Thats the highest Ive seen it. There are people who are just like "no flash deserves a five cuz thats perfect and no flash is perfect" So they just vote 4 screwing up the process
And there also are just assholes who just vote 0 on a flash to brighten their screwed up day. So yeah it ain't going to happen when a flash is outside judgement sorry

Actually, there's one of Adam Phillips' things in the obituaries with a permanent 5.00. I think Tom uploaded the wrong file and deleted it or something.
