since its halloween i figure id do a halloween themed thread, whats your fav horror movie and why?
mine is resident evil 3: extinction. hot chicks and zombies always seem to find themselves together

"freddy vs jason" preaty much because its the first horror movie i ever sat through all the way, but then again its also more of an action movie.
"seed of chucky" also comes to mind, but that was more of parody humor.
then theres "scream" that was a really good movie, and it kinda parodied others.

I liked the 2004 remake, because with the zombies being able to run so fast, that made it twice as scary :D
But my all time favourite is Halloween, the original and first. Best horror movie ever, and John Carpenter's music, makes it even better :)

The Shining, because u just whatch this go crazy and deteriorate and turn into a psychopath with a psychic child and because he names his psychotic power tony just makes it creepier and at the end when its tony talking wendy begins to realize he has psychic power which makes it really awesome
