Vitamin water is a water with enhanced vitamins it even tell you what each drink is for like orange is for vitamin c and many more flavors.

They have a little summary on the back of the drink entertaining you for a couple seconds kinda fun to read.

I drank the orange one and per bottle its has 250% of vitamin c and 25% for the rest of the vitamins and nutrients.

These drinks are very good for you i suggest you drink one they make you feel refreshed from all the nutrients.

My uncle drank it after working on a roof (IN FLORIDAS HOT SUN) and said he felt refreshed. See he was fixing the roof like putting nails in it, laying down water tart, and much more physical work.

How about no, Scott. It's made by either Coke or Pepsi, it's marketed towards a scared America that doesn't want to get fat, and it has shitty pop stars sponsoring it. Oh, also, the flavor fucking sucks. Save yourself 3 bucks and drink normal water.

Vitamin water tastes like shit. If I wanted hydration and vitamins, I'd take a daily vitamin supplement with a glass of water.

i totally agree you probably made up the uncle part as if we are stupid im younger than you and im not that stupid seriously dont drink anything with artificial flavor better calories artificial flavoring makes you get fatter than normal calories god i cant believe Americans can sometimes be so dumb if u like the flavor drink coca cola it makes you gain less and is more refreshing (im not advertising) obviously i can just say oh yea and my dad was working for 10 hours a day in a desert and whenever he drinks this stuff he feels refreshed seriously if it is true then idc

It's fake bullshit 'healthy water' for people that think they're doing something for themselves by drinking that instead of soda. When In reality it's not that big of a difference, why can't people just drink fuckin water?

I drank a bunch of the Aquafina + vitamin water when I was doing my trades course, as it was either that, coffee, energy drinks, or pop.

For the most part, it was the vitamin water and energy drinks. Energy drinks to make sure I didn't fall asleep in class, and vitamin water so I wouldn't get dehydrated while flexing my muscles.

I didn't buy it because it was a fad or whatever--I bought it so I would drink more water and so it had some kind of flavour so I would actually finish it.

I didn't trust the school's water fountains, nor do I particularly like bottled water. Hence the need for the extra flavouring. :P
