Yeah, Gnasty Gnorc was disappointing for a final boss. If you can quickly find the thief with the key, he'll only take one more hit and it's just a chase after that. Gnasty Gnorc in a Hero's Tale was just laughable, you really don't have to do anything but press the flame button 3 times.

He doesn't even fight you, which really disappointed me, since I was expected an epic battle sequence against Lucien. And only one shot kills the fucker.

At least Jack of Blades put up more of a challenge, even though he was extremely easy, too.
