It's more than likely Keratosis Pilaris. Or "chicken skin", I have it on my ass, backs of arms, shoulders and thighs. It sucks and looks gross, but I don't really care about it anymore.

Sounds like a textbook case of dermatitis, or it could just be eczema, although i would certainly reccommend getting it checked out, because it's more than likely easily treatable.

Exama/xma or whatever the hell it's called is probably your problem. You should buy some special cream from a pharmacy to try and treat it

Haha no one really notices it, and when they do I just say yeah it's kp, there isn't much i can do about it.

There are some expensive creams and other things, just don't care enough to be constantly treating my skin.

Should learn to love yourself, instead of worrying about cosmetic defects.
