I weigh 160, and am putting up 130 3x8..my goal is 160 and I'm up from 80 2 months ago haha
I use db's though, so it's a lot harder
I've also been trying to put on weight yet I've lost like 10 lbs.

Take your max, halve it, then do that 3x, eg, with db's i can do 10kg, so instead of doing 10 of them i do 30 with 5kg
Its more work with less pain, and its do-able :D

That all depends on what you want out of the workout. Working with heavier weights and fewer reps is what one does to bulk up. Kind of obvious when you think about it. More weight =more muscle. More reps with lighter weights guarantees you will not bulk up quite as much but still get some muscle definition.
180 and I am 9 stone and 5'9. Although I work out smaller muscles other than bicep, triceps and so on.

Bench press is for fucking pussies. Everyone knows that the only real exercise is cleans. And sure, I can bench 135, but that's just to look good. Cleans are actually sport specific for rugby.

Oh dude, I've been lifting on/off for years because I never enjoyed it. I got really fat, and that motivated me to get back in there and I haven't looked back since.
Now I really enjoy marking progress, I'm excited to go to the gym (my basement) and see if I can reach my goal.
As for cardio, I don't do any because I'm trying to gain weight. But I do ride my BMX a few miles daily and skateboard for an hour or two here and there. I also really enjoy swimming laps.
Oh and update, I just maxed out at 160 =) I can officially bench my bodyweight w00t
