Some hacker just joined my favorite server. He's a pyro and we're playing fort2 or whatever it's called with the two bases and the intelligence. Anyways, he's using his flames to fly over to the other base and 2 hits everybody. How do I report him? thanks.

Spectate him and record evidence, then report him.

IP ban and ACCOUNT ban are 2 totally different things. They are banning your account, not your IP, banning your IP is useless if your account is banned.
