I know there is some difference between the two systems. Where one looks better then the other. But I have seen their differences and they are minimal at best.

The PS3's power trumps the 360's, so the graphics and detail will look better on PS3.
I for one can't wait for this game. Pre-ordered from GAME's website last week, and I should have it the day before release!
HELL YEAH

WAIT!
DO NOT COMPARE TEHSE TWO GAMES!
They are completely different from each other..yes, they are both rpg's but that's it.
Fallout 3 isn't just "oblivion with guns"..it's a whole different story, environment (even if the after-apocaliptic Earth could be like the planes of Oblivion :D) gameplay, graphics, art style (actually l think F3 has a Bioshock-like stlye..)
And, as l said before in another thread, we don't know if the game is going to be great!
It could suck!
Not likely, but not impossible either..just stop saying OMGWTFBBQ F4llout 3 iz gunna rockz ass!!one1!!
I apologise for my "aggressive" post, l have nothing against that game, and, if it's good, l will buy it.But only if it's good, l am not going to rush at the shop and buy it without knowing if it's a decent game..

OMG!
l just read the review..and (near) the end of the review you can read this:
The role-playing isn't as far-reaching as Oblivion and as an FPS it's merely above average, but there are almost no other shooters of recent memory as deeply imaginative and rewarding. Only BioShock offers such a consistent, well-designed world.
EXACTLY what l was saying before..not as deep as oblivion and a "good" shooter, but a great hybrid...and it is Bioshock like...
Btw l was "saying" these things to sirbobsalot2 in Steam chat but he woulnd't listen to me..he just "rage quitted" (logged off)...pfft.

Video ram, or VRAM, comes from the GPU - its DDR3 and very high quality ram, completely dedicated to only GPU processes. Only efficient way to upgrade that would be to get a better video card.

I love how you have been going around the internet calling me a fag because you ruined my hope.
And it is a RPS (Role-Playing Shooter) and as long as it has the amount of attention put in as the game-play videos showed, then it will be an awesome game
And that was someone's VIEW of the game, not the perfect judgement, so they could of had problems with it that we would not of had (I can't tell bad voice-acting in games for example) and he may of been reviewing an excellent RPG before it, making it not feel as well done, or maybe he got caught up in hype (like with spore) and it was disappointing for him.
And the reason I "rage quitted" was because you were being a compleate arse saying everything that was good about oblivion was "lies" and using ALL CAPS, whilst maintaining a level of "the reviewer is always right no matter what" and arrogance.
Also I noticed that japan gets it LAST, which is different from how it normally works (with consoles anyway).

Fixed, and fallout 3 comes out in around 67 hours for all the UK fans out there.

I know I'll play this game eventually. I really do. I just don't see it happening for a couple of months
I just bought Fable 2, and that's taking up more than enough of my time right now. After that, I want to at least try to get into Mass Effect, which I recently got via a trade. There's also Gears of War 2 coming out in a few short weeks, and I'm definitely going to enjoy that
That's not to say I don't think the game will be good. I'm just overwhelmed at the moment

Well i don't really now which one will look better but your wrong there, just because you can put really powerful chips and processors and what not in a system doesn't mean that it will look better. If they put more time into the 360s graphics then that means the 360s graphics will be better. PS3 isnt magic it cant just put more pixels, shading, and other shit in there without the disc telling it what to do.

That only happened to me when I closed the game.
Also when you die, the game instantly loads your last save. And watching yourself die is pretty cool too.

So I picked it up today (on PC, duh) as planned... I kind of ran out of ammo after buying all of Moira's from 'Craterside Supply'... Well, I do have lots of ammo I can't use, but the point is that all my guns are useless, and I kind of rolled a gunslinger... :(
Gonna have to brawl my way to some new 10mm rounds. :O

Not anymore, really. Almost 5GB. Actually quite average for a game nowadays.
