there are already two reviews of the game, both from small zine publishers, one had a score of 8/10 which came from a long Fallout franchise fan, and one with a score of 95/100 from somebody who probably works at GT.

And where did you see/hear this? Anyone could say that one console looks better over the other and the fact that the PS3 has better graphics potential than the 360 makes the truthfulness of your statement come under doubt.

OP, I would recommend the 360 though because of the downloadable content which the lead of the game said there would be a ton of just like they did for Oblivion.
