Flash 8 for dummies will teach you all the other stuff you need to know to make a good game, not just a game, get that one.

Dummies will actually teach you a lot of useful stuff, like how to make your game actually decent. So yeah, Flash for Dummies.

I'd say get a newer book. E.G. a CS4 or CS3 book. 8 is outdated. Also, Flash Forum.
