I like it a bit too, it's a lot better than the rest of the stuff huge amounts of young people listen to.
All the druggies here listen to fucking rap music. There's hardly an E scene, and even they prefer to walk around the halls at school without music. I have a feeling I'd like it in the UK a lot more.

earfetish has it dead on. in bristol the night life is practically all dubstep and dnb nights at clubs. however, practically everyone there is on like half a fucking ounce of K.

I'm quite broad with the bands I listen to. I'm not terribly picky with what sounds "good" and what sounds "shit". Generally, if it's your conventional bland generic pop hit, I won't give it another listen, but something out of the ordinary, or something genuinely well written and played, I'll listen to because I like.
I love my music, and I don't think I'd feel the same way if I were simply just listening to the same old mainstream radio hits day in, day out.

Who the hell is Billy Talent?
I listen to whatever appeals to me, and I listen to what I like
I still listen to Green Day, Blink-182 stuff like that
but I've also found other types of music and bands to listen to
Mostly Metal, and 90's Rap.
Killswitch engage, old Eminem stuff like that
To say the least my itunes looks like a music store took a shit in it.
Thanks to MadCow for my ultra bad ass sig.
I listen to music I like at a particular time, yes. But to not listen to music because I might not like it in a few months seems just as retarded as only liking a band because they're popular.
In short, I don't give a fuck what anybody else thinks about my music tastes, and I don't let my tastes be influenced by anything other than my own personal preferences.
So suck it.
Lol i only listen to music i like, but when i was in highschool mostly everyone listened to rock so it worked out for me Lol
Druggie school FTW
Only morons listen to music they don't like to get people to like them
