You could use the glasses as some sort of weapon to hurt the person more if you punch it straight on.

It's actually quite complicated, if you hit him you may break his glasses and they probably cost a lot of money if they are prescription, but if you knock his glasses off first he's at a unfair advantage because he can't see shit. Hmm..

Those of us who wear glasses are probably smarter than the rest of you! Plus, we HAVE TROUBLE SEEING. So if it's bad to hit a mentally impaired person, it's also bad to hit a visually impaired person. Although, I'm not so sure that having blurry vision is considered "visually impaired"
