Max Payne - movie

ok, so i am absolutely pissed thee fuck off at this point in time.

i went to myspace home, and before i could log in, the big letters "MAX PAYNE" showed up. so i watched the trailer and it looked good! it honestly had me believing that this was going to be a decent action film with a plot and all that jazz.

and at the very end i saw the words "rated: pg-13"

and thats where i get pissed the fuck off!

i was thinking this was going to be a awesome gore-fest, titty showin', ass kicking, drug dealin', baseball bat beatin', max payne movie, but no!

pg-13 ruins all movies, and i think this isn't just a max payne thing its a hollywood thing.
this is what's wrong with the united states.
for one, parents are too fucking stupid in letting their children NOT grow up around violence, it makes the young ignorant and fucking STUPID.
Like 99.999% of america.

ratings ruin movies because hollywood wants to make more money, by allowing those stupid ass little 13 year olds into the movies to see max payne for $8.50 or whatever.
the rating system is for parents to tell whether or not their children are fit to go see this movie because their too fucking fat, lazy, and dumb to decide for their children so they let hollywood do it for them.

im sorry if i used to much foul language, its just an expression for how PISSED off i am at hollywood for RUINING one of my all-time favorite video games.

what made max payne so badass, was the sinister evil and the pure gore and violence in that game. you can't DO that with a pg-13 movie, its just NOT max payne.

True but if you make'n a movie & need it to rack'n in the MILLIONS & MILLIONS so you can pay those ppl who just put it togeather.. then you can't really restrict your viewer base now can you. I"m sure they wanted to make it XXX rated R - for chuck norris awsome.but its just not a damm good decision. PG 13 films can be some of the best I've seen.
Forrest Gump was PG 13, and it had sex, Vietnam, drugs and people dying.

this is about how hollywood can't come up with their own original ideas so they rip off video game storylines.

I wouldn't have high hopes for a movie based off a video game. I mean I loved the Max Payne video games, and I'm not really much of a gamer in the first place.

I also agree with the whole censorship deal, I mean seriously... the first Max Payne game was about a the government creating a PCP like drug. There was drug use, hinting at pornography though the T.V. shows which was funny, sneaking up on a gangster who's watching a porno than shooting him in the back of the head... that would be great in a movie. But nope, there wont be anything that interesting.

Maybe to enjoy the movie it doesn't need to have all the violence, tits and other themes in movies you think are awesome.
Lots of movies come out with low ratings and the movie itself is pretty good, I don't think the rating is going to kill the overall effect of the movie.
Just accept what's happened.
