Family Guy fillers

basically in alot of family guy episodes there are alot of episodes that tend to drag on. stewie complaining about brian and his novel, that guy playin the piano and the apply tree, the tv playing endless music and those 2 guys with that one piano. some of them make the entire show sour after a long while. when I mean that, the fillers are stuff to literally fill in an episode when the company is short on ideas. meaning they stretch the idea to a repetitive state. which can be annoying at times.

Which family guy filler do you hate the most?

you know what really grinds my gears? that guy that dosent appreciate the fillers, alot of them turn into running jokes if you watched it more.

The fillers are one of the best parts of the show.

The prolonged, awkward conversations/pauses are humorous.

Some of my favorite ones:
- Peter falls down, hits his knee and sits on the sidewalk holding his leg for 30 seconds.
- Stewie asks Brian about his novel.
- The vaudeville duo
- The chicken fights
- The Randy Newman encounter

The worst filler I think total is the constant clips....I mean once in a while it funny but when they have one episode be them just playing clip after clip it gets old!

if you listened to his music, its a pretty funny joke. but I agree it went too long.

personally, I hated that 'prom dumpster baby' musical number. I wasnt offended, it just wasnt funny. at all.
the dance number of splicing in stewie with Gene Kelley from Anchors Aweigh was awesome though!

I hate the one where Peter got Chris a bullfrog but it was dead, so it's 30 seconds of Peter trying to pick it up. I also hate the one with the song "Some Say Love." or whatever it's called. It had just about NOTHING to do with the episode.
