Keep in mind this answer doesn't account for non-regular experience, like from creating a public profile, signing up for mailing lists, etc. - so if you're aware of these things, just account for them by adding one/tenth of their value to the answer you got.

You people and your complex solutions. But of course that doesn't include all the time when NG had a 5 experience deposit limit, and the time when the referral system was in place, etc., because I don't think I've missed a year and a half's worth of deposits.

Yeah, that way works as well. I just use the formula:
x = [10(y)/(z)-(w+r)]/10
x: number of deposits missed
y: post count
z: posts per day
w: current experience
r: exprience by non-deposit means
It's basically the same thing. I just find a formula easier.

So yes, welcome (back) to one of the NG stat legends, NGling. I never would have guessed, back in the day, that POSTS would be the stat in addition to blams that'd get him here. I dunno, I always saw him going the exp or saves route like the rest of us "don't post or review as much as we get the exp/b/p stats" guys (you know, most of us 3x10kers have exp/blams/saves over 10k, as an example of that phenomenon). BUT ANYWHO...

In much sadder news, I failed to break 100 points for probably the first time EVER in the history of my pentalist/quadlist/triplelist updates. Only 70... meaning no posts, reviews, blams, OR saves. Just my weekly 70 exp. A new era has INDEED begun.

Of course, if we added in the (few, but still SOMEthing) b/p that a certain gfoxclock has been gaining over the past few weeks.... heh.

Oh, and before I keep rambling: Denvish is teh TRIPLENESSEDED. Congrats to him (following in the path of the BonusStage... whodathunkit?)!

And congrats to the White Sox for having a hell of a team. I rather enjoyed game 1 of the World Series despite my team losing it (I'm actually much more upset that Clemens' injuries are popping up again and he came out after 50+ pitches in just TWO FREAKING INNINGS than I am about the loss as a whole).

It was just a surreal experience to watch my team, a team that has been around for decades longer than me and never played in a single damned World Series game, despite being SO FREAKING CLOSE in 1980, 1986, and 2004... finally finally get there and play in one.

That was awesome. #;-}>

There's a fairly good chance that I'll be passed by Recon again (no promises), I have eased off on the BPing, and I have a 2-week, no-internet period coming up 1st-15th November (due to being in Spain). How many seconds? I think it's around 300 seconds, so that makes it five minutes, so I guess up to 288 reviews could be made a day. O__o

I had inquired about which users, when entering the list, had made the biggest leaps. Since I had made a twenty-seven spot jump entering the list, I wondered if that was the greatest leap. Looking at the list, I suppose it was.

So basically, it's just how many people you pass when you first enter the list.

I've been waiting a lot for this one, ever since I was on the "closest people to the list" list to be frank. I'm just glad I'm part of the list once again.

My next stat over 10k should be saves, I currently need 1,750 more points... It shouldn't take too long, considering the rate I'm going at... but one never knows.

Anyway, I want to thank Greg for all the time and hard work he invests on every update, just to please us stat whores . :)

Haha, yes, experience is the hardest stat (or at least the one that will take the longest to achieve) of all, simply because no matter how hard you try, you won't be able to get more than 10 points per day, unlike the other stats, which you can get over 100 of each per day if you are up to it. :)
