Hello all and welcome to Bahamut's 2x10k Pentalist update #8! Two more changes here. The first one being the list of Triplelisters is no more after a suggestion from gfox via Steam chat. Also, from now on, no commentaries for each 1x10k entry since it was overkill last time.

Welcome to three new 2x10k entries for this update, who are Pikanjo (AKA John & Richie), Pyro-911 and Sawke. Pikanjo and Pyro-911 entered with a combination of 10k EXP and 10k saves, while Sawke entered with 10k EXP and 10k posts.

Status changers for this update: deslona, Justin, Major-Blood and PenguinLink from 2x10k to 3x10k; stafffighter from 3x10k to 4x10k.

Yeah I guess it used to be some sort of special hall of fame. But it didn´t seem to have much point anymore, now that there were like 100+ people on it.

Actually, you'll need 10000 saves or 10000 blams. A combination of the two doesn't make the cut for the Pentalist these days.

Well, the only reason I ever made a triplelisted hall of famey area was that back in those days, we HAD no quadlisted and pentalisted people, so triplelisted was the cream of the crop, no?

Also, as you kinda hint at, there weren't 100+ people on it back then. #;-}>

And finally, I just wanted to recognise anyone who went "above and beyond" the list requirements (those being 2x), so anyone who gained more than just 2x... that being 3 4 or 5x... got special mention. But yeah, too many people, hence my recommendation and Bahamut's apparent agreement with it. #;-}>

It's more convenient for everyone, but not everyone realises it (yet? we can hope).

For anyone who's ever been pissed off when a computer ordered shit-that-contains-dates-in-the-filename s out of order because it was by filename and not by date (I suppose some people just leave their folders/directories sorted by date, but I like filename sorting), YYYYMMDD is the way to go. From largest unit of time to smallest. Add hrs and mins after days if you like and go SUPERINSANE with the detail. #;-}>

My date modified is in MM/DD/YYYY and if the directories or folders aren't I change them. Hours and minutes now that's going to far.

Thanks for the update, Bahamut. I totally missed this update due to the NG meet and the excitement around that. :(

Still, I've gone up 4 places up to this update and according to my calculations, have since risen another place. Thanks to X-Naut, DonDoli, M-A-R-C-U-S and Qwoxyl.

I've received some bad news from Lycos Tripod regarding their webhosts. They said this to me:

Hello all and welcome to Bahamut's 2x10k Pentalist update #9! I know I'm 2 days late, but I've been busy all weekend so no time for the pentalist update then. I would have done it on Friday, but I had so many users to add on the spreadsheet so that took a bit of time. Also, there won't be anymore commentaries on the 1x10k entries, not even a list like last time. This will save me a lot of time from having to look at each and every stat of theirs for every update from now on.

Well, that looks good. +1631 is pretty nice. I expected it to be a bit lower, because my B/P pace dropped quite a bit. But maybe it will show next update.

I also hope to reach 10,000 Blams before I reach 21,000 Saves. Looks good so far, as I manage to get my blam gains just in front of my saves gains (at least most of the time).
