Since shortly past 10 AM EST on November 4, 2009. So 5 days is the answer. Most of my rooms tend to last a long time and this is no different.

Mass kicking ISN'T a problem. Just means the person who did it should never be modded again (big woop I kno) and either people can wait an hour or if the mass kicker got most if not all of the chatters then yes make a new one.
