increases/decreases do not need to equal 100 since the two variables are unrelated. The amount of stupid and the amount of "guidelines for stickam" both have their own values. I was suggesting reducing by a percentage the value of stupid and increasing the separate value for "guidelines for stickam"

I wrote those up when Zerok originally locked this thread 200 or so pages ago lol. He shortly after made a new thread for stickam Labelled "Newgrounds stickam chat MK2", after some pm's with him, and some other mods at the time, those were the main rules to be set in the new thread. Shortly after that thread was made, the bbs encountered some security issues, that resulted in that thread, as well as many others, being deleted. I Pulled them out from memory last night, and decided to re-post.

I decided to re-post them due to some of the shit that got this locked for the first time started to rise up again, an example would be MrCongeniality's post about asking to be a mod. I figured a re-post would give some general rule about issues that result into drama happening.

thanks for that then. I think I said a little while ago, but this thread has been behaving far better lately then it had been. I try to cruise through at least once a day to make sure no shenanigans have happened in my absence anyway, I can only assume there's couple of other mods who check up from time to time as well.

It just pisses me off because I swear, everytime I host, I have 3 to 4 certain persons asking me "CAN I BE MOD PLZ" and it's just like...if you are not modded in the first place...then tough shit, I decided not to mod you. So if I don't mod you when I'm hosting...then don't ask.
