I disagree. Mario Party 2 was when they had the really funny and unique costumes for each character and added some really fun minigames (Like Dance Master) while updating some classics. If you have to point fingers, point them at 5. That's when the novelty of the good graphics from the Gamecube wore off, and all we had left was the stale gameplay that had existed since 1999.

Everyone knows need for speed went down the shitter since pro street.

People say it started at carbon, but carbon as actually good and brought something new into the series.

BUT there new one that's coming out on the other hand I believe it going to be the start of the fall. Its a game when your on a train, on a train-track....which you might on the occasion choose if you want to go left or right on the tracks....COMMON were not sposed to going backwards here. Final Fantasy is, i really like the series but i don't hear much from it anymore.

Everything that was released after Red alert 2. When EA took over Westwood it went all pretty downhill. Im not saying Red Alert 3 is bad, but EA is making games all the same, with superpowers and stuff. I would choose RA2 over RA3 anytime.

The gameplay in X is PRETTY MUCH exactly the same as in IX.

The Crash Bandicoot series, it started off good and had some awesome little spin-off games (which unashamedly ripped off the Mario franchise) which were all pretty fun and entertaining. Now its down to shitty gimicks and terrible gameplay and even worse stories with villains constantly reappearing.

Wind Waker is the only original Zelda game after Link to the Past and Majors Mask.
But PH is just bad -.- to repetive, stupid and un-original...

Though it's still too early to tell if the series will keep going downhill, I'd have to go with the Burnout series.

Burnout 3 and Revenge were incredible, but the open world structure of Paradise kinda sucked the fun out of the game. Not saying it was really a bad game, but more of a failed experiment.

I really, really hope they dump the open world concept.

Like if there was a Smash bros game released every year. It would'nt be as good. I mean they REALLY took their time planning Brawl IT WOULD HAVE LIKE NOTHING NEW

A game I should have mentioned before is the Donkey Kong franchise, set-up by RARE all Nintendo's done with it is NOTHING. Sure there was that DS game but how awesome would a new DK adventure on the Wii be? Of course they'd have to create some new characters....

just saw this guy and wow have you ever played resident 4?Its the best of em all then you have 5 which is pretty sweet also--never played two but 1 was kinda cool and 3 was less bt still good,but 4 blows em outta the water
