And should I buy it?

It is good.
Not as good as its hyped up to be, but that is rarely the case.
It isn't worth buying, if it's still full price.
(It would be cheaper to buy each song from iTunes)

The album is okay, not the greatest or catchiest they've produced.. But i mean if your a big fan of them go out and get it.

I heard the album was commercially unsuccessful, but there is still HOPE.
