You need hit edit layout up at the top, then you'll see the yellow drag icons with the gray arrows which point up and down - which are the only two ways you can change arrangement, so just click the drag icon on the panel you want to change arrangement of drag it up or down and then make sure you hit save. The save layout link takes the place of the edit layout link when you go into edit the arrangement of your panels.

First of all, I hope you don't mind if hereforrock speaks in 3rd person. Second, hereforrock likes this new thing! But I don't think hereforrock is gonna use it, he says that you guys had everything setup perfectly anyways.

The staff are in a lose-lose situation. If they don't hang around the forums (as in post in them), they're cast as not being 'active in the community.'If they do, then they're frequently reminded by users that they 'should be spending time developing, rather than posting in the forums', or words to that effect.

The first thing I do, when I start work on a morning, is to look through all the forums. Don't think that because I don't appear in the forum listing, that I'm not around and viewing threads which require moderation, because I am.

I know you guys lurk and I can see it from your shoes as you've explained.

NG used to have the special touch back in the day when it was just Tom making updates and letting us a know a bit about his life, the cams really added a nice interactive inside behind the scenes touch to NG too. It's still owned by the same dumb kid, I guess he just grew up with his site.

It's not really so much about the forums, its just fun to know whats up with everything around the site and the staff because it's always an interesting read.

I'm not trying to be a dick, I really appreciate the things every one of you do for the growth of this site, and the way Tom and Newgrounds give back to its users it's been fun watching it grow.

This is a great feature! I prefer having my latest flash at the top of my page. :)

I didn't want that to turn into something it wasn't because for the most part I think the site is doing great, I didn't want to come off as some jerk that thinks everything you guys do is poop.

But please keep in mind my suggestions for a review rank system, I think it would be a very motivating feature for new and current users. And remember Wades promise of the contributions section of user pages, I forgot to mention that in one of my posts. That's really all I can think of that I want to speak of publicly.
