I am a writer and voice actor with a script for a flash, and since my oldanimator moved, i need a new one. anyone?

basically, the film s about a sceintist, and the cmical results of the things he creates.
the animation doesnt have to be all that good, just decent. and ill send a voice sample soon

If you want an animator that isn't going to use sticks or sprites, your best bet if offering some sort of pay as an incentive.
