Adam was created first right...but Eve came from Adam's Rib...got must have pulled it out from Adams belly making a bellybutton...
Since Adam and Eve were still connected at the time...sort of an umbilical cord thing...Eve was born from Adam...therefor...EVE also has a bellybutton....

Perhaps it is that they didn't have belly buttons because they came out of nowhere, it only just AFTER when the concept of birth came up that belly buttons came into existence. I am not religious myself but I reckon this sounds plausible enough for anyone to follow.
