I think it is possible if you play it well. The trick is that you can annoy people without actually breaking the rules. Especially it is possible to play one mod against another and knowing who to annoy when.
You could jump em when they slip up themselves for instance (I remember jonas and the complaint about being friend for instance...)

Not that I would purposely annoy such absolute handsome and perfect mods myself of course. pleasedonban... :-(
