Sure, she should be allowed to take pornography of herself, if it can be proven to be "artistic". Any competent lawyer could say that. If you are distributing child porn, whether it be a relative, a kid you abducted, or yourself, the end result is still more child pornography circulating. I say that this is stupid. But in all reality, she brought this on herself. She was being slutty for distributing pictures of herself. And there is a loophole in the sex laws that allow for one to "abuse" themselves, and this is an example of that loophole. She shouldn't go to jail or have to register, but that was a seriously stupid move on her part.

1. The government can't and shouldn't control everything, but just because the government hasn't stopped these kids from seeing nude girls on other occasions, doesn't mean the government shouldn't act on an instance in which it justifiably by law can.
