i enjoy medium rare....

Never wanted it nearly raw or overcooked and bloody, so medium is just right for me.

I've always had mine well done, but went down to some obscure little steakhouse and decided to try medium-well. Best fucking steak I've ever had.

Medium rare for me. I like it pink in the centre, but I still prefer the taste of browning meat. Best of both worlds :D

Medium-rare to rare, depending on the source, a bit bloody when cut, and served with dauphinoise potatos and a selection of vegetables.

My dadlike it cut off the cows ass and warmed up in a microwave for 10 seconds.

I like it medium rare. I dunno why but I never get it any other way. I like lamb steak the best.
