i co-wrote the lyrics, and i co-wrote the guitar notes its called "Kill Shot" took us like, 2 days (10 hours) to fully write and edit and redo teh song, and like 3 hours of practice we am gewd we dont have a music video yet, but soon. btw (our basist is like, 8 or something)

btw, i am lead vocals, the black members are on guitar and bass (brothers) my friend ben (who is probably the best out of all of us) is on drums, but can do all the other things if needed, and my friend paul is on rythym guitar. Black kid 1 and i are in charge of notes ben and i are in charge of vocals and we are still arguing over a name, after 4 months cyanide or darkest daez
(it is spelt daez ( the "e" is backwards!))

By that logic, someone is a terrible writer because they dislike cursive. Having an understanding of music has nothing to do with reading music. For some tabs are better because they're numerical and illustrate intervals more clearly.
This is all besides the point, however, as I'm sure the OP's band and music both suck.

That's not entirely fair. I get how it's not how classical musicians managed to play but that doesn't negate the fact that you can be an excellent player who reads tab. Most well-known guitarists read solely from tab because they didn't have a wide musical knowledge when they started, like myself.
I'm predicted A in GCSE music and I came into the course with no knowledge of musical theory in contrast to others who have played instruments like the Horn or Saxophone for most of their lives.
