Recently I have really begun to notice how skinny I am. To be completely honest I am somewhat ashamed always being referred to as the skinny kid or the skeleton or the bulimic kid. I am 5'11" and I weigh 121 pounds.
Does has anyone here had or are going through the same dilemma? I really want to weigh what I should and I just don't know how to gain a ton of weight. I don't wanna gain a lot of muscle either though I just wanna weigh what I should.
My metabolism is extremely high so telling me "Eat more" wont help unless you know of something that puts on substantial amounts of weight.

Ah I usually don't eat breakfast and my pee is normally lemonade yellow. I don't have time in the morning to eat until winter comes around.

dude like same with me i am 5'9 and like 123. People as well call me skinny kid and in school at swimming you can like see my rib cage when i have no shirt and everyone was like, eww. i was like stfu muffin tops.
in the picture on my profile you see me i am very skinny but the wind was blowing on my shirt there.

You should make an effort to at least eat a piece of fruit 15 minutes after you wake up. You just slept around 8 hours and probably even hours more than that if you had an early dinner. Waiting until lunch to eat means your body will have to use energy you really don't have. Your appetite will be much larger if you eat a breakfast and drink more water, which will thus lead to weight gain. Even if it's only 10 more bites per meal, that adds up over the course of a week at 3ish meals a day.

It really depends on the food you're eating and if you're exercising or not. You can toss around arguments from both sides, that eating / not eating healthy / not healthy breakfast makes you heavier / skinnier, and that exercising / not exercising contributes.

Yeah I have a ridiculously high metabolism, It has its bonuses but you start to look a real douche. I can't even gain muscles it sucks.
Just look at how successful skinny people are, Gymnasts, Models..... The scout from team fortress 2.

I have a incredibly high metabolism, I eat 3 meals a day, and eat huge amounts of bread, and I am still really skinny.

That might be a reason.
1. GET UP EARLIER. You need to eat breakfast. Why? You do better, you think better, and for your reason, you'll get fatter.
2. Drink more water. This doesn't really get you fatter, but having that color urine is bad for you. I recommend drinking enough water for it to be clear, or at least clear with a tinge of yellow.

It can be fixed! Just eat complex / slow-release carbs, lean proteins, and healthy fats. You can take Casein protein before you go to bed which is a slow releasing nutrient your body digests while you sleep, and you can take a fish oil or flax seed oil pill or 2 every day to get your healthy fats. Your folks probably take em. It will be recommended to you at some point from your doctor in adulthood, since it's bad to be that skinny around that age.

I hardly ever eat breakfast anymore so my body is actually used to it. I generally get as much as I can for lunch and have a big dinner and sleep a couple hours afterwards. I would eat fruit in the morning but we never have any so I have to get it at school.
Bananas for the win.

I know all too well how you feel. I, myself, weigh 103 pounds and I'm 5'5'', but lately I've been exercising and eating better, so I'd like to get around 115 lbs or so.

I know how you feel, im 13, 4" 11, my chest size is 24 inches, and I weigh just under 80 pounds. I always eat loads of sweets and chocolate and fatty stuff but I just can't seem to put on any weight.

but on a serious note, if you wanna beef up join a gym or something, eat lots of protein (eg meat). It's not rocket science, all these diets and shit claiming they can give you the body you want when all you really need to remember is - excersise, decent diet = healthyneessness

I have a pretty high metabolism too, which I'm pretty happy to have, but still I'd probably want more of a build. Just eat good amounts of whole grain carbohydrates and exercise. Thats all you could really do. Eating more fats and sweets won't do anything except probably destroy your health.
