Its DownLoadable Content, normally some side missions or something thats smaller than an expansion but bigger than a patch, the best example would be the Fallout 3 DLC which adds a small side mission, a new location and a new weapon/armour suit.

The tank achieve requires you incap all 4 survivors without any other special infected helping. Best way of achieving is the first level of No Mercy because in the narrow alley you can knock the car onto of all of them.

Wow it's been a long time since I've checked up on the game have they released anything yet? It was a great game but it got old way to fast especially when playing with terrible players.
