There's also a part in the episode "Bebe's Boobs Destroy Society" towards the middle when stan goes to Bebe's door and asks her mother "Is Bebe home?" but it's Kyle's voice that comes out.

Yeah, there's also one in "Bloody Mary" and "Jared Has Aides" and a few other ones I can't remember immediately. Really, they've ALWAYS done it.

Weird but pointless. Shows do hidden things and inside jokes all the time.

They do that often. Like in the episode when they see that guy who talks to ghost on a talkshow, Stan is very transparent and you see an alien through his chest.

Plus in that one where they have a criminal with them in a house (Forgot the whole storyline, I think Cartmen goes to see his family or something for a holiday), there are two criminals, and one has a symbol on his forehead. Then for a few frames the symbol is changed to an alien head.
