Hello there I'm looking for a programmer with some Free time to help me set a few things up. I have been working a on Forums site (link here) and it is teh fail... it is based off phpbbs and its kicking my ass... this is what i get for being a retard. looking for some one that is willing to help me set it up so its not so fail. If you have a better site i can use and will let me update or grade it and use what ever templates i want or upload my own, please let me know, i want to do this right and i want it done once. Please hit me up if you would like the Job
that and I'm having problems with Programs like SAM Broadcaster4, and Virtual DJ, oh and Audacity. I want these to work with my Ventrilo so that i can talk and Stream my self as well as others in my Ventrilo with either or Sam / Virtual DJ. so that i can have live interviews with people on my stream. and I'm i going about this whole thing wrong? is there a much easier way to Steam 3ed party people on Sam or Virtual DJ? like this is what i want down to the point, I want people to be able to hear the DJ (who ever is running the Stream) to be able to talk and have people talk while on vent and still Have it Feed to the stream and stuff.
thank you all who have read this and i do hope some one take this job. hit me up in a PM on NG or leave a note here and i will get back ASAP

You'll get nowhere if you don't pay. Most programmers only work for money.

You haven't told us how much you're paying yet and the exact particulars besides sheer confusion.

More reasons why we would help would be appreciated (such as noted before)
We are all quite busy and a "project" like this is just of no interest (and no, a admin or mod position on the forum is not a good compensation)

Translation: In 2002, being an admin or mod on a site was something of interest.

Now it is like saying "do all the back end work, then as thanks you get to deal with all the retards who come to the site, spammers, and a multitude of other site problems.

Well my suggestion would be to get a friend who you know to help you. As already said people dont work for free. Also a quick read of the programming forum ruls gives a bit more detail on this sort of thing.
