before the design you see now that happened in July last summer, the levels used to be only up to 30 and there was only 1 level 30 user. To make it so there was only 1 top level user, all of the other levels above 9 were on a sliding scale so that it changed every day what the requirements were for the next level, keeping it so that only one person could be on top.

maybe this will happen again, but nobody has said anything. I guess we'll just have to wait and see.

The camera then zooms in on your left eye, bloodshot beyond belief. You know your time is short, and with your final breath, you mutter one last phrase before you part this world...

I remember how long it took people to bridge the gap between 8 and 9 (it was like 1000 exp points, or something ridiculous). Most users just gave up depositing and stayed on 8.
