I was crowned prom king and no, it doesn't give you any advantages.

It is just some fun extra thing.

I think you should get a list of your schools prom kings and queens and look them up, find out where the work.

You *could* put in on an application, but I doubt the employer would give a crap and would think twice about hiring anyone stupid enough to consider that application-worthly information.

Some stuped BS I think it varries from school to school
to rub it in peoples faces if you want.

It's not alot but it's something. People strive for it becuase they have nothing better to strive for.

If you want to get into a good college you need to start joining every club and sport you can possibly do, you need to take as many core classes as possible and do so all four years of high school, you need to start looking at colleges now and planning ahead, applying for scholarships now and speaking with your school's college councilor.

You sure as hell aren't going to get student loans in this economy.

Also, get a job or volunteer for something. That helps too. Also, keep your GPA up. Get a good score on your ACT/SAT. Get a few teachers to REALLY like you can get them to write glowing papers about how you are such a wonderful and intelligent person.

I've been Homecoming Prince before and no, don't put that on your college apps. It literally does nothing for you.
