You fired a BB gun at another person not knowing how powerful it was?

Just a couple months ago, here in Des Moines, there were these kids standing outside shooting BB guns at passing cars as a joke, one bullet in a guy in the eye, caused him to wreck and die.

Stupid people should have anything more dangerous than a plasic knife, and even with plastic knives they should be supervised at all times with said knife.
