I like the bear, actually. But the drawings themselves are kind of...flat, and, a bit empty. Backgrounds aren't always essential, but they're nice sometimes. You might want to try pen and ink work and then scanning and coloring your work in either Photoshop or GIMP, that's what I'd suggest anyway.
I like the turtle as well. I think the bear picture would be very good if you colored it in - right now it just looks a little too empty.
The turtle is cool, hand is ok, but the fingers are too short, and the bear one be cool if the feet were improved.

Yea i know. I did the hand in the car, but if my camera was better, you could see the shading better. It looks horrible on here.

I've thought about it, i've even tried it, but i always like the sketches better. I think i know what you mean when you say "flat", i think it's because of the camera and the bad lighting. I've asked other people(real life) and they say they look fine. I'll try posting some better quality ones.
I think your drawings arent the problem, but instead its how you are photographing them.
Try lighting the things before you take the picture, then just go into photoshop and use auto levels to bring out at least some of the line work.
