Timing issues? (please help)

I'm working on my toon (read other posts if interested).. long story short I've been forced to redo the entire toon for sevral reasons, One of which being that the timing in the preveiw swf is terribly off and I cant work with it.

That one was over 1000 fames at the moment. so I think it may have something to do with the size of it.

But in my remake of the toon. I get the exact same problems, that one is not even 300 frames right now.

Anyone have any suggestions on getting things running smoothly?

If you are talking about sound, you need to set your sounds sync to stream, rather than play, or event, in the properties menu, and make sure you do it for all of your sounds.
