This is an excellent feature, although it would be nice to have at least another contribution slot, because some of us handle more than one aspect of the production (if it's a collaboration).

I have the killer that will end the discusion about the 1% issue.
At least the audio portal has a specific set of legal rules, the share alike license, the used variant is directly incompatible with payment. This needs to be taken care of.

Oh wow, these new features look pretty good, it's just that they might get quite confusing to start with because there are so many, but it's nice. I like how there is another use for the small user icon now.

I'm glad you decided that. I'm planning on submitting a game with 30+ songs in it and I don't want to only get <70% of the ad revenue or potential prize money. It's not that I don't respect and value the contributions of Audio Artists, but changing the instruments in a midi file isn't exactly a strong contribution. And if a Flash had like 90 songs that were 20 second loops, that really wouldn't be fair to the Flash artist.

And does Author mean pretty much everything? Because in most all my games I did everything but the music. When I read author next to all the other categories it seems like it means writer, but it can't because writer is a category.

I'm not going to update until all the bugs are out of the system.

I'd love to join in on the Calendar, and if I get a chance I defiantly will, but I got so much other crap on my plate. It'd've been better if we were notified more than 15 days ahead of time about the contest.

I like the updated layout for the submission pages, but I think it takes a bit away from the animation authors-the space with their info at the top left is even less (reminds me of a while ago, when the summaries used to get cut off, so summaries longer than a paragraph required a 'see more' button). I know you can just click on the name to find out more, but I am a bit disgruntled about that.
And its nice to give credit to the audio artists, but compared to the hours of work I put into my animations, the music is minuscule, and for me at least, I ended picking my stuff at the end just for the sake of putting music in my animations-so I hate how the audio artists names overshadow the animation artists' (usually more than 1 audio artist per single flash movie). Sadly that makes me want to use copyrighted music more... But at the same time, I like the look and I do like that it is compact.. mixed feelings I guess.

Not sure I like the "Spam" and "Comedy" genre options, it's a bit like telling someone that you have a really funny joke, or that you're hilarious. The arrogance makes them like you a little less and makes it less funny.
Plus, in flashes like "Chuck's New Tux" and " A slice of the Action" the humour is in the suprise at the end, up untill that point you're not expecting anything much. If they have the genre "Comedy" then you're suspecting a joke throughout the movie.

Looks good, nice little update, I'll have to start making Flash's now. At least now collaberative's can credit the right people.

There's no Dress-Up option for genre.
