As far as the title bit goes, it's pretty neat, but it would be nice to select multiple jobs for one person. (For example, for something like Credit Crunch, I'd credit TheWeebl as Writer, Voice and Music.)

I don't know if this was noticed yet, but when you click on "Play Movie", it fades in instead of just appearing. The edges are also rounded now- I don't know if they were before.

The idea is, that you won't have to do that.

So like, is there gonna be an additional dropdown list added that says something like:
Wonchop - Author - 99% Rev - He would quite fancy a Tankman shirt plz

I guess it would be ideal if there was a special page dedicated to recieving prizes, where you could then assign revenue sharing and prizes on one convenient page, as well as additional options like if you'd prefer a cheque or paypal payment.

When a person decides to turn revenue from a flash, it is their responsibility to get in touch with their sources and discuss this stuff. A 1% minimum required split feels dubious since I feel the discussion of cuts should be a private ordeal.

Suppose the person credited submits music, freely, and doesn't want any money from it, but you still want their name under the submission? Suppose someone "rearranged" a Mario song that was used for a small parody in an otherwise original film? How much money should a person get for rearranging copy righted material? Should I just not mention their name, because their time was certainly valued and an honorable mention is desirable...

Furthermore, an award is something you win by accident. When you set out with the intention of making money, the persons involved all deserve something. If you get an award, however, I think that the money gained should be the direct responsibility of the commission giving the award, and that any other co-authors either receive from that commission or from the kindness of the primary author.

I mean, i've used music from sites other than newgrounds. If I were to (and don't plan to) make a flash for money and use music from elsewhere, it would be my private responsibility to get in touch with the involved artists and split my earnings. Unless i'm wrong, this system is restricted to newgrounds only.

I haven't submitted to newgrounds to make money. I just get off on the idea that other people can relate and enjoy what I make. I think that's been going around - people make stuff FOR other people. If Newgrounds turns into a competition to turn a dollar, I can't imagine what that'll do to people who'd otherwise make flash just for fun. The Audio Portal has a lot of people who exploit the voting system to get more views, and suddenly through greed people might expand that corruption to ensure they are more likely to make money.

I dunno. 2cents. No edit button either, so i'm sure i'll fudge something in here. :^p

Also, way to not say anything about THE CTSG COLLAB, Tom. Only the first collaboration collab between Audio and Flash.

I'm against the idea of having "spam" as a genre, as it will only promote flooding the portal with horrible crap what will qualify for Turd of the Week.

For enjoying a free community provided by Tom and Company, which includes entertainment of many variations, not to mention nearly unlimited free space in which to blog, post, write, draw, etc?

Is that not more than payment enough to cover your patronage of the site? There are some sites out there that would make YOU pay for all the shit that Newgrounds provides free of charge, and in such vast quantities that you'd virtually never run out of content.

Yeah this looks awesome, it was a bit a random when I first logged in and noticed in but when I realised what it was I thought it looked very cool.
Makes it seem a lot more simplistic and easy to use now and it looks better as well.
