Pretty much all the ones listed (that I've seen) are sad, but I never cried at any of them. They're just cartoons guys! Although the one with Fry and his dog was very sad.

Probably the ending to Episode 77 of sonic X (a fearless friend)

I meant the original Japanese Version - not the 4kids edit.

I didn't cry when Mufasa died, but I haven't "cried sad" for at least thirty years. However, the opening sequence of The Lion King makes me cry every time, because I do cry when something is overwhelmingly beautiful and perfect. That sequence is.

Only music and animation can bring that out in me. When the two are combined perfectly, it just knocks me to the floor.

Man, you're heartless! Every child cries when Mufasa dies, at least the first time you watch it!

I didn't.
I was too young to know what the fuck was going on. For all I knew, he could of been relaxing after a short run with his kid.

But does anyone remember Land before time mother death? I was still a kid back then, but I can still remember crying to that.
also, charlie's death in all dogs go to heaven.

My saddest cartoon moment (technically an anime movie) was in Spirited Away when Chihiro cried the first time during the movie.

if you haven't seen Spirited Away or any of Hayao Miyazaki's movies: DO IT NOW!
