I love the awesome series so i had to do a Awesome Snake......he's the best. Also look out for my girlfriends drawing and tell us who's better. Hers will be a samus trick or treating saying "Is that all"......I hope I get th month that goes wit my pic.

Okay, before too much more time goes by, here's my entry for the contest. I have no preference whatsoever regarding what month it's used for - please consider it for any and all months that it might be appropriate for.

I'm going to make the prediction that this is the only entry that will be based on the characters from the "Another Day" series by the Super Flash Bros., but, there's still the weekend left, so, we'll see what gets posted.

Anyway, to try and make up for the fact that Blue Rabbit and crew aren't necessarily the most representative of what Newgrounds has to offer, I tried to put them in a setting that was a little more gritty and realistic, and, I tried to cram as many other Newgrounds characters and series in as graffiti art as possible - there's actually 25 different series represented, plus Strawberry Clock and Angry Faic, and the iconic Newgrounds Tank. I'm pretty sure that's more than in any other entry so far - so, I'm proud of that.

So yeah, it's been an exciting 2 weeks - thanks for the really great opportunity to get our art seen and be a part of Newgrounds history - with any luck we'll get to do this all over again next year.

My take on the highly acclaimed yet somewhat unknown Supervillain series, by BarfQuestion. You know, the guy that does the animations on paper and scans it in? You've probably seen one of his animations.
Anyways, I suppose I'd pick February if any month, but this could work in any month. It's pretty generic. But I like it, so....

Well, here it is. I went through the image and edited the lines a bit cleaner. There is no gray in it except for the words "To Blam And Protect" which means it's all black against white to give it the most contrast.

This Brackenwood picture is more my style. I tried to make the characters interact the same way I saw them interact in the movies.

This came out bad.

I decided to do one more. This one was a lot simpler yet I like it. It was inspired by the film "Across The Universe" as well as the song (originally sung by The Beatles of course) "Strawberry Fields Forever." And instead on the couple (Jude and Lucy if I remember correctly), I put the letter B.

This one was all about experimentation. Pulse I thought it would be awesome if "The dad" had his own mecha suite. . . hope you like. . .

i thought it would be too big so i made it smaller on photobucked.... hope everyone can that one piece of candy in samus' helmet lol and if youre wondering whats going on with her gun..... she opened it so she could hold her helmet in her right arm...( i had realized that th gun wouldve ended up on th wrong arm b4 i actually drew th suit so yea x.x)

Finally finished it. I really want July but, if there turns out to be a better contender for that spot, any other open place will do. After reading the description about how open it was to self-interpretation, I really wanted to show my art style while displaying noticeable Newgrounds material.
