Yeah, you're right... not exactly faded; I was using somr layer filters to try to crank some of the colors around. Colors have always been my weak point, so it's not surprising that you mentioned that. Unfortunately I don't really have any ideas to fix it.

Yeah it's getting really exciting now that we're down to the last days of the contest - if anybody's got anything they've been saving up, now would be the time to put some finishing touches on it and get it out there.

Typical rocky environment as seen in the Tankmen series, but a lot more rocky and I'm going to add about three or four dudes, having a smoke, shredding on guitar, reloading a gun and bad guy on the ground, dead. Well, I think if you're not going to be able to produce a quality entry, then it's a good idea to sit this one out - but, you've still got until Wednesday night - if you play with the contrast and the colors to make the sketch lines black, and then slap some layers of color on in GIMP or Photoshop, you could probably make it work - and even if you're not that good with a tablet, you can probably color stuff with it just fine.

Well...you can't win if you don't enter - and if you've already put some work into it, you might as well finish it up and give it a shot.

Besides, I think the numbers are probably in your favor - I know there's been like 105 entries now, or something like that, but I would have to say that probably only about half of those could really be seriously considered for the calendar. And, among that pool of entries, there's also been multiple entries by the same users - so that makes the number of people who might win even smaller.

Aside from that, there's been quite a few entries based on the same character or series:

Alien Hominid: 5 entries

Tank Men: 8 entries

Madness: 8 entries

Salad Fingers: 3 entries

Since they're probably not going to choose more than one entry from among each of those series (which is not an exhaustive list), it really increases your chances of winning if you've got a decent entry that isn't from an overrepresented series.

Wait so I have until 11:59 on Wednesday, right? One minute before the 16th? I always like to push things to the very last minute because I'm a horrible person like that.

It's not because the picture isn't awesome, it's because I wouldn't like to explain to my parents and whoever else why I had a picture of a unicorn with a large penis both between its legs and on its head on my wall, if I had one of these calendars.

I've got nothing against the picture, in fact it's one of the best submitted. It made me laugh.

But I'll keep my ideas to myself I guess, because I don't like being insulted much.

Firstly, should I have put more detail in it?
