I slept until noon today, and it's 11:00 over here.

I basically stayed awake for 11 hours and since a little while ago i've been exhausted and haven't even done anything. What's wrong with me?

And no, it isn't AIDS.

Your body has to go through all of its sleep cycles to feel rested. If you give it more time than it needs then you want to sleep more.

That happens to me a lot. I'm tired all the time, I'm yawning at all times of the day, and I'm always yearning to lie in bed and sleep forever, but I have to eventually wake up. I doubt that I'll ever be well rested and caught up with my sleep. I don't think it's a disease though, it's just me being nocturnal or something.

i once thought i had mono, but it turns out that i was just really bored.

Get yourself a couple of energy drinks. I reccomend Monster or Full Throttle. Stay away from Red Bull though, it's weak compared to most other energy drinks.

I'd say that you've just thrown off your sleep cycle. Whenever I sleep in too long, I get raging headaches and throw up all day. :P

Different for everyone, I suppose.

Just get to bed at a decent hour and don't sleep too much.

Yes I too get the headaches when my sleep cycle is fucked up, but never have I vomited. I can't imagine how not sleeping would make me throw up. That sounds like something that would happen from a long night of hard drunken raving.

You're oversleeping, means you're gonna start feeling groggy and even more sleepy(Like right now) Just make sure you get to bed sooner and sleep for around 8 instead of 11.

I suggest getting up and going for a walk to get your body's energy going.
Then, don't sit down and do anything deemed 'lazy' because it'll just reset the problem; just get up and move around.

Sleep in a normal time 9:30pm to 8:30am and when you do wake up, actually get up and go out.

I'd say you need to sleep it off. Keep getting a good nights sleep (8+ hours) for a few days and you should feel as good as you. Alternatively, stay awake for as long as you can, then sleep for as long as you can. Trick your body.
